I worked at a Hillstone restaurant 10 years ago and they treated staff horribly. There was a huge amount of burnout and turnover in management, front of house were run ragged, and in some cases there was sexual harassment of female staff. I looked through some employee reviews at other Hillstone properties and it seemed to be a company wide issue, and not just the restaurant I worked at. I’m not sure if things have changed in the decade since I worked there, but a savvy reporter could probably have a field day if they dug into Hillstone and their management.
