Bravo! As SVP of HR, I never liked taking them, and never supported giving them ... Glad to see the research backs me up. I've always preferred the Lencioni approach (Five Dysfunctions of a Team) which is built on developing trust with teammates, and then getting direct feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
