Amateur chef but culinary school graduate. A cliché at this point, but you truly cannot beat All-Clad for everyday cooking. You'll need a Dutch oven for stews/etc (I recommend a large and a smaller) and while Le Creuset are great (Outlet is the clutch move), there are plenty of other good enamelware brands. All-Clad D5 (copper core is not necessary) is IT for durability, even heating, and absolutely lasting forever.
There is so much in this edition I'll be clicking links for a good while! Now then, cookware options? Rather taken with Netherton Foundry from Shropshire: https://www.netherton-foundry.co.uk/ and might be worth a look.
