One quibble, though: Unlikely AI will be used for sexing chicks; rather, various scientific methods are now being developed (some reportedly already showing 95+% reliability) to do the sexing in ovo, which will eliminate the need for sex determination post-hatching and will avoid the current practice of destroying en masse all the chicks the human sexers do not identify as pullets.
